Maggie Paradise

Maggie co-founded Paradise & Associates, LLC. She is a licensed Realtor and a Certified Property Manager. In 1998 Maggie served as President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Minnesota and in 1999 she was named Minnesota Certified Property Manager of the Year. Maggie has also served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association.

Bob Paradise

Bob Paradise co-founded Paradise & Associates, LLC, and is the licensed Real Estate Broker for Paradise & Associates. Bob is a Licensed Contractor and currently serves as a consultant on large construction projects. Bob’s background includes both commercial and residential property management. He has worked on many charitable boards and the Riverfront Development in St. Paul.

Sandy Lattu

Sandy Lattu co-founded Paradise & Associates, LLC. Sandy is a Certified Property Manager with an extensive background in property management. She is an expert in managing large properties. Sandy has been recognized by the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association and Community Associates Institute for outstanding achievements.
