Q. What is "electronic payment?" Electronic payment is automatic bill payment whereby your payment is deducted automatically from your personal checking or savings account.

Q. What is the advantage of electronic payment? It saves you time, work, money and it's hassle free. No more checks to write and mail. No more late fees. And it's simple.

Q. What if I change bank accounts? Simply fill out a new authorization form online and we'll make the change for you.

Q. What if I try electronic payment and I don't like it? You can cancel your authorization anytime by simply notifying Paradise & Associates using the online termination form.

Q. If I do not write checks, how will I keep my checkbook balance straight? Since your payment is made at the same time each month you can simply record it in your check register on the appropriate day every month.

Q. Without a cancelled check, how can I prove that I made a payment? Your bank statement still gives you an itemized list of all of your electronic payments.

Q. How much does electronic payment cost? Nothing, it's free! In fact, you save the cost of stamps, envelopes and checks.

Q. How can you transfer money from my account? We can only take payments from your account with your authorization. Simply fill out the form labeled "ACH Election Authorization" and we'll do the rest.

Q. Is electronic payment risky? Electronic payment is less risky that writing a check. It cannot be lost, stolen or destroyed in the mail. In fact, it has been proven to have the highest efficiency rate of accuracy within the banking industry.

Q. When is the electronic payment taken from my account? We will process your payment on the 5th day of each month. You never have to worry again about forgetting to write a check or mail it on time.

Q. How do I sign up for electronic payment? Download and complete the ACH Election Authorization Form, and then fax the completed form with a voided check to Paradise & Associates, LLC. It's that easy!
