Dues Payment Options
Paradise & Associates offers many creative and alternative ways for homeowners to pay their association fees. Please read the options below and choose the one that best fits your personal banking needs. 1. ACH (Automated Clearing House): Automatic payment directly from your checking or savings account. This is a safe and secure way to pay your fess without ever writing a check. The account of your choice will be debited on the 5th day of every month automatically. No postage, never late.
If you are interested in the convenience of ACH electronic payment for your association fees please complete our ACH Election Authorization Form. If you select this option we must receive your form no later than the 25th of the month for processing the initial payment.

2. SmartStreet On-Line Payment Options. Your Association's bank offers both on-line e-check or credit card payment options. This is available at www.smartstreet.com. If you choose to pay online, you must use your account number located on your coupon booklet. Payment via e-check is free. Payment using your credit card has a service charge. MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Payments may be set up as a one-time only payment of recurring monthly payments*.
*Please note that you can only sign up for 12 recurring payments at a time on www.smartstreet.com. After 12 payments you will need to log on to www.smartstreet.com to re-establish your recurring payment option.
3. Pay by Check. If you have not chosen the ACH option you will receive an annual coupon booklet. This coupon book and window envelopes will automatically be ordered and sent directly to you. Your account number is on the coupon, so please keep this information even if you choose another option to pay your dues.
Make your check payable to your association and include your account number on your check. Please mail your payments directly to the payment processing center listed on your coupon using the envelope provided. Coupons must accompany every check payment. The coupon contains a barcode that is readable by the bank's scanner. Without this coupon your payment cannot be processed. To avoid late fees, please allow seven (7) days for your payment to reach the bank.
4. Bill Pay. This may be an option through your personal bank. If you have questions about this service, or to set up Bill Pay for your association fees, please contact your personal banking representative. Please be sure to always include your association account number when setting up Bill Pay at your bank. Your association account number can be found on your coupon and in your coupon booklet.
