Administrative Management

When you hire Paradise & Associates your worries will disappear. From the moment the contract is signed we dive into the day-to-day operations of your homeowners association, as well as ensure the long term health and wellness of your associations finances and physical asset. The following is a glimpse of the administrative services we provide and some of what our responsibilities are for your association. Something not on the list - just ask. We're happy to accommodate your needs.

Communication. Paradise & Associates will act as the clearinghouse for all association communications. We will serve as the liaison between homeowners, vendors, service providers, contractors, employees, local government, and the Board of Directors. A detailed log will be kept of all communications and shared with the Board.

Meetings. Paradise & Associates will coordinate, facilitate and participate in all board and annual meetings. This will include distribution of all necessary materials including agenda, financial statements, notices, etc. When appropriate, Paradise will provide advice and recommendations to help guide the Board. Finally, Paradise will implement all Board decisions in a timely manner.

Record Keeping.  Paradise & Associates will act as a "one stop shop" for all association information and will maintain a complete set of records for the Association including all current governing documents, employment records, contracts, financial statements, tax records, meeting minutes and all other Association correspondence.

Liaison. Paradise & Associates will act as liaison between the Board of Directors, auditors, insurance adjusters and legal counsel when necessary.

Insurance. Paradise & Associates will assist in maintaining the appropriate insurance on behalf of the Association. Paradise will secure competitive bids, coordinate all claims towards a prompt resolution and implement potential loss reduction measures as requested by the insurance provider.

Homeowner Manuals & Documents. When Paradise & Associates is hired we will review all of the Association’s governing documents and will assist in the development, amendment or revision of any and all necessary documents.  This may include the rules and regulations, declaration, bylaws or a homeowners manual.

Resale Disclosures & Documents. Paradise & Associates will prepare all disclosures and other requested documentation on behalf of the association.

Committees. Paradise & Associates feels strongly about community involvement. We believe the best way to achieve this is through the formation of committees to work within the Association. Paradise will advise, coordinate and oversee all necessary committees within your association.
